What does the JPG to PDF converter do?
The FreePDF JPG to PDF tool converts one or more image files — JPG, PNG, or WebP — into a single PDF document. Each image becomes a page in the PDF, sized to match the image dimensions. You can combine multiple images into one PDF and control the page order before converting.
The entire conversion happens inside your browser using pdf-lib, an open-source JavaScript PDF library. Your images are never uploaded to any server.
How to convert JPG to PDF

Privacy — your images stay on your device
When you convert images to PDF using FreePDF, your image files are loaded into browser memory using the File API. pdf-lib creates the PDF document entirely in JavaScript, embedding each image without any network requests. The resulting PDF is offered as a direct browser download.
No image data is sent to FreePDF servers, analytics providers, or any third party. When you close the tab, all data is cleared from memory.

Known limitations
FreePDF is honest about what it can and cannot do:
- Very large images (50MB+) may be slow on mobile devices with limited memory
- HEIC/HEIF images from iPhone are not supported — convert to JPG first
- GIF animations are converted as a static first frame
- PDF output is uncompressed — use Compress PDF after if you need a smaller file
