Reorder Pages

Drag pages into their new order

In-browser

or click to browse · PDF files only

Pages are processed losslessly in your browser with pdf-lib. No file is uploaded to any server.

What does the Reorder Pages tool do?

The FreePDF Reorder Pages tool shows your document as a grid of real page thumbnails. Drag pages into any position — or nudge them with the move buttons — then export a new PDF in that order.

Reordering happens with pdf-lib at the file-structure level, so every page keeps its exact original content and quality.

How to reorder pages

  1. 1
    Add your PDF

Drag and drop or browse for the document whose pages are in the wrong order.

  2. 2
    Drag pages into position

Grab a thumbnail and drop it where it belongs, or use the move buttons.

  3. 3
    Click Save reordered PDF

pdf-lib assembles the pages in their new order in your browser.

  4. 4
    Download the result

Save the reordered PDF to your device. No watermarks, no account.

What FreePDF Reorder Pages can do

  • Drag-and-drop page reordering with real thumbnails
  • Move buttons for precise single-step moves
  • Lossless — pages keep their original content
  • Works entirely in your browser — no file uploads

Privacy — your files stay on your device

Reorder Pages runs entirely inside your browser using pdf-lib and PDF.js (Mozilla) — open-source, audited libraries with millions of users. Your files are loaded into browser memory, processed on your CPU, and written back out as a direct download. Nothing is sent to any server — you can verify this in your browser devtools → Network tab. Close the tab and everything is cleared from memory.
